Completed a UI/UX Bootcamp at Binar Academy, focusing on the end-to-end product design process from user research and problem definition to high-fidelity prototyping. For the final project, I revamped the Cinema XXI mobile app using a user-centered design approach to improve ticket booking flow, navigation structure, and clarity of showtime and payment information. Applied research methods such as user interviews, affinity mapping, user journey mapping, wireframing, usability testing, and interactive prototyping in Figma to deliver a more intuitive, modern, and conversion-oriented user experience.
