Designed and developed new feature concepts for the wondr by PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk mobile application, focusing on usability, clarity, and alignment with business objectives. Applied user-centered design methodologies by translating user needs, pain points, and behavioral insights into intuitive, data-driven UI solutions.

Contributed to make UI/UX design of multiple financial features, including Autodebet DPLK (Dana Pensiun), Personal Financial Management (PFM), Loyalty Points, Investment Switching, BNI Direct, BNI Lelang Agunan, and Insight Back Office. Ensured seamless user flows, clear information architecture, and consistent design systems to enhance overall product experience and support strategic digital initiatives.
