Developed a campus UI/UX course project called Physio, a healthcare mobile application designed to simplify access to physiotherapy services through online appointment booking, virtual consultations, and a community discussion forum. Led the end-to-end design process, starting from user research and competitor analysis to defining user personas, user flows, and information architecture. Designed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for users seeking medical support and peer interaction. The solution focused on improving accessibility, clarity of service information, and fostering a supportive digital community for patients.
