Pegasus Karting Management System – UI/UX Case Study
Pegasus Karting is one of the largest indoor go-kart operators in Indonesia, managing multiple outlets across major cities. As the company grows, operational processes such as attendance tracking, payroll calculation, maintenance reporting, and outlet monitoring become increasingly complex. Many of these workflows are still handled manually, leading to data inaccuracies, miscommunication, and limited real-time visibility. This project focuses on designing a centralized web-based UI/UX system that streamlines operations, improves clarity, and enhances efficiency across all outlets.

Problem Statement
Pegasus Karting currently relies on manual workflows to manage key operational processes, including employee attendance, payroll calculations, maintenance reporting, spare part requests, and outlet evaluations. These processes are recorded separately and often handled through manual input, which increases the likelihood of human error, inconsistent data entries, and miscommunication between employees, leaders, and HR. Because attendance data directly affects payroll calculations, even small recording errors can lead to salary discrepancies and internal conflicts. Maintenance reports and spare part requests are also not fully centralized, making it difficult to track gokart conditions, approval status, and repair schedules efficiently. This creates delays in maintenance handling and can potentially impact service quality and customer experience. Additionally, the absence of a real-time, centralized monitoring system limits visibility across multiple outlets. Leaders and HR face challenges in accessing accurate operational data quickly, slowing down decision-making and reducing overall efficiency. As Pegasus Karting continues to grow, these fragmented and manual systems become increasingly unsustainable, highlighting the urgent need for an integrated digital solution.

To solve the operational inefficiencies at Pegasus Karting, we designed a centralized web-based management system accessible on desktop and mobile. The platform integrates attendance tracking, payroll data, maintenance reporting, spare part requests, employee evaluations, outlet reports, and financial summaries into one streamlined dashboard. By digitizing manual workflows into structured, user-friendly interfaces, the system reduces errors, improves transparency, and enables real-time monitoring across all outlets. This integrated solution enhances efficiency, supports better decision-making, and prepares Pegasus Karting for scalable and sustainable growth.
